How we train
Training starts with our own method: how much solution each floor needs, how the cleaning pads draw out the loosened soil, and when to switch to a fresh pad. From there it covers the rest of the menu, including rugs cleaned on the customer's own floor, upholstery matched to its cleaning code, and the protein and enzyme treatment for pet odor.
It covers furniture too: the light pieces come out of the way, and the heavy ones are cleaned around with care.
The standard
Every job opens with a tour of the rooms before anything is unloaded, and the price goes on paper for your OK. Once the clean is done, you check the rooms together again, and a room that isn't where you want it is cleaned again before the equipment leaves. If something shows up later, call us and we come back for it at no charge.
Yes. Give us their name when you book online, call or text 678-270-1555, and the office will put them on your visit whenever their schedule allows. If they're already booked, anyone else on the crew follows the same steps and carries the same guarantee, so the visit runs the way you remember.
No. Every technician learns every service we offer, so one person can handle the carpet, the area rug and the sofa in a single visit. Upholstery is handled with care and cleaned gently, and your rug is cleaned in the room where it lies.
We train them ourselves, on our own low-moisture process and on each service we offer, from carpet and area rugs to upholstery and pet odor treatment. Training also covers how a LocalPro visit should run: touring the rooms with you first, putting the price in writing before any work, and checking each room with you once the work is done.
They walk the house with you, look at the traffic lanes and every spot you point out, and tell you plainly which ones should come out and which may only fade. Then they write a price down for your approval. No cleaning starts before you say yes, and your invoice shows that same amount.
