The technician walks the house with you twice
The first walk happens before any equipment is carried in. You show the technician the rooms on your list and the spots that bother you most, and you get a written price to approve. Your invoice will match it exactly.
The second walk comes once every room is done. You look the carpet over together, and any room you'd like given more attention gets it before anything is packed up. If a spot wicks back up after we've gone, let us know; the return visit to treat it is free.
Houses and small buildings
The same clean for a bungalow or a second-floor apartment
Craftsman bungalows are the houses most people picture here, alongside English cottages, Foursquares, renovated homes and infill builds. Whatever carpet yours has, it gets our advanced low-moisture process. The technician works a measured amount of solution into the pile, where it frees the grit stuck low on each fiber, and cleaning pads absorb that grit and lift it away.
Clean pads replace dirty ones whenever your floor needs them, and the soil shows on every one that comes off. No sticky residue stays behind, which keeps the carpet clean about three times longer than with traditional steam cleaning. The floor dries in about an hour, and the solution is non-toxic and safe for kids and pets.
Many of the apartments and condos here are in smaller buildings, and everything we use is portable enough for the technician to hand-carry to your unit, whatever floor it's on. When a lease is up, our move-out carpet cleaning gives you an invoice naming every room we did, which is handy for the landlord.

Our apartment is up three flights in a small building with no elevator, and parking is on the street. Will that be a problem?
That works fine. Our equipment is built to be carried, so three flights of stairs are no trouble, and street parking is fine. When you book, mention where the nearest open spot usually is and whether the front door has a buzzer or a code, and the technician will come prepared for both.
We rent a studio in the converted warehouse space at Amsterdam Walk. Will you clean the carpet there?
Yes. Commercial carpet is cleaned with exactly the low-moisture method we bring to houses, and you approve a written price before work begins. The floor is dry in about an hour, so the studio is usable again soon after we finish. We book Monday through Saturday; call 678-270-1555 and we'll find a time that works around your clients.
A guest spilled red wine on our living room carpet. Is it too late to get it out?
Not necessarily. Blot up what you can without scrubbing, then book a visit. The technician will look at the stain during the first walk-through and give you a straight answer about how much of it should lift, before you approve anything. Should it reappear in the days after, one call brings the technician back to treat it at no charge.
