The clean itself

First, a measured dose of our low-moisture solution goes down and works the grime loose where it clings, low in the carpet near the roots of the fibers. Then absorbent cleaning pads pass over the floor and draw that grime up and away. The technician changes pads whenever one is spent, and every used pad shows you what came out of the room.
The solution leaves no sticky film in the pile to catch the next wave of dirt. Compared with traditional steam cleaning, that keeps your carpet clean about three times longer. The floor is also dry in about an hour, a real plus when your living room doubles as your office.

Yes. Rugs are cleaned right in your home, on the floor where they sit, so yours never goes anywhere. When you and the technician first look the rug over, point out the worst of it and any accident spots; those get a protein and enzyme treatment for the odor. What we use is non-toxic and safe for kids and pets, and it's all dry in about an hour, in time for the next walk.
Our sectional takes up most of the living room. Will you clean around it or move it?
Around it. The technician moves the smaller pieces, such as chairs, end tables and ottomans, cleans under them and puts them back. Big furniture stays where it is, a sectional as much as a bed, a dresser or an entertainment center, and the carpet gets cleaned right up to it. If the sectional could use a clean too, add it to the same visit. Its cleaning code gets read first, so the method fits the fabric.
