Every visit in Inman Park, Candler Park and Lake Claire ends the way it began: you and the technician going through the rooms side by side. At the start you agree on what gets cleaned and approve a written price. At the finish you inspect the work, and whatever you flag gets another pass before the equipment goes out the door.

Where we clean
Springvale Park to the side streets of Lake Claire
In Inman Park our visits run along Edgewood, Euclid and North Highland avenues south of Freedom Parkway, around Springvale Park and Krog Street Market, and through Inman Park Village. Little Five Points, where Moreland, Euclid and McLendon meet, sits between Inman Park and Candler Park, and its shops and venues can book our commercial carpet cleaning.
In Candler Park we clean houses on the streets around the park itself and near the McLendon Avenue shops at Oakdale and Clifton roads. Lake Claire visits take us along Lakeshore Drive, Claire Drive, Harold Avenue and Hardendorf Avenue. The part of Druid Hills inside the city, just to the north, has no page of its own and gets the same visit.
Houses and apartment buildings
Two kinds of homes, one careful method
Candler Park and Lake Claire are mostly houses, and a visit there can easily take in the living room rug and the sofa as well. Rugs stay put and get cleaned on your own floor. Upholstery gets its fabric code checked first, whether the tag reads W, S, WS or X, so the cleaning matches what the fabric can handle.
Inman Park has many more homes in large buildings, and a good share of them are rented. Let us know the building's rules for the service elevator and parking ahead of the visit, and the portable equipment rides up with the technician. A move-out clean ends with an invoice listing each room.
Whatever the home, the process is the same: a measured amount of solution unsticks the dirt from the lowest part of each fiber, and cleaning pads lift it away, changed as often as they load up. Since nothing sticky is left in the fibers, our clean lasts about three times longer than traditional steam cleaning, and the carpet is dry in about an hour.

Candler Park is on the DeKalb side of Moreland Avenue. Is that still part of your Atlanta service area?
Yes. Moreland Avenue is the county line here, with Inman Park in Fulton and Candler Park and Lake Claire in DeKalb, but all three are neighborhoods of the City of Atlanta. We work on both sides of the line, and the county makes no difference to the visit or to our guarantee.
We try to keep harsh chemicals out of our house. What are you putting into the carpet?
A small, measured amount of an eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solution that is safe for kids and pets. It releases the grime clinging to the bottom of the fibers so the cleaning pads can soak it up, and nothing sticky is left behind to attract new dirt. The carpet is dry in about an hour. If you have questions about the products, ask the technician on the first walk-through.
We have friends over every year for the Inman Park Festival. Is it better to clean the carpet before it or after?
After, in most cases. A houseful of guests tracks in plenty of soil, and a visit the following week deals with all of it at once. If you'd rather have the house looking its best for the party, booking before works too, since the carpet is dry in about an hour. Appointments run Monday through Saturday, and our online booking calendar shows every open slot.
Our rug is a handmade family piece. Is it safe to have it cleaned at home?
Yes. It never leaves the house; we clean it right where it lies, on your own floor. During that first walk-through, you and the technician look the rug over together, and you'll know what to expect before approving a price. If anything about a particular rug gives the technician doubts, you'll hear about it then, before any cleaning starts.
