When the rug and the sofa are the main event
Most homes in Castleberry Hill are lofts. If yours has more area rug and sectional than wall-to-wall carpet, those pieces get the full visit, with the same walk-throughs and the same guarantee.
Rugs are cleaned on your own floor, right where they live, and they never leave the loft. A sofa or a sectional gets its cleaning code checked first (W, S, WS or X), and the method follows what that fabric can take. A lot of Downtown is rented, and students near Georgia State move out on the school calendar. For the last day of a lease, book our move-out cleaning; the invoice you get lists each room by name.
Downtown and Castleberry Hill questions
My building is south of North Avenue but has a 30308 ZIP. Is it on this page or the Midtown one?
If it sits west of Piedmont Avenue, this one. The blocks from Baker Street up to North Avenue carry 30308 mail but are part of Downtown on our map. Midtown starts across North Avenue, and east of Piedmont Avenue is our Old Fourth Ward page. You get an identical visit from any of the three, so book from whichever page is handy.
Our college student is moving out of an apartment near Georgia State, and we live out of town. Can we set up the cleaning for them?
Yes. Book online or call or text 678-270-1555, and tell us your student will be the one meeting the technician. They do the first walk-through, approve the written price and look over every room again at the end. Plan the visit for after their things are packed out. The carpet is dry in about an hour, and your student gets an invoice listing every room, which most landlords want to see.
We're opening our Castleberry Hill loft for the annual Loft Tour. Can the rugs and the sofa be cleaned along with the carpet?
Yes, all on one visit. Rugs are cleaned right in the loft, on your own floor, and the technician reads the sofa's cleaning code before choosing how to clean it. Book a few days ahead of the tour, which leaves time for a free return visit if a spot reappears before the doors open. Appointments run Monday through Saturday, and the carpet itself is dry in about an hour.
Our building makes vendors reserve the freight elevator. How much time should we book it for?
Less than you might expect. Everything we use is portable and goes up in one trip when the technician arrives, then comes down once the job is finished, so the elevator is only needed at those two points. When the office confirms your time, ask how long the job should run, then reserve a short block for the start and another near the end, or ask management whether one booking can cover both.
