West Midtown has its share of townhomes, and in a townhome the stairs take every trip between floors. So we start where the wear is. On the first walk-through, show the technician the stairs, the upstairs hall and any spot that bothers you, and you'll hear straight away what should come out and what may only lighten.
Once you approve the written price, the cleaning begins. The technician works the staircase a step at a time, flat tread and upright riser, with the very method used in the bedrooms. Our solution frees the soil, cleaning pads draw it up, and the stairs are dry in about an hour, so nobody is stuck upstairs waiting.

Stairs take the most traffic in a townhome, so a gap like that is common.
