More about Midtown
Our Promise
Satisfaction guaranteed, on every room we clean.
Love the clean or it's free. Point out anything you'd like touched up and a technician cleans it again at no charge, whether we're still in your home or you spot it a few days later. No store credit, no runaround.
How every visit goes
Four steps, and you sign off on the last one
We walk the rooms with you
Before anything is unloaded, the technician looks at every room with you and asks what matters most.
You approve the price in writing
The figure you agree to at the door is the figure on the invoice. No surprises after the work.
The deep clean
Our low-moisture system lifts the soil out of the carpet and leaves nothing sticky behind.
A final walk-through
We look at the result together, and any spot you point out gets another pass before we leave.
Renting or owning in Midtown
Your walk-through comes before anyone else's

More than half of Midtown's homes are rented, so plenty of carpet here gets a second look from a property manager when a lease ends. We make sure the first look is yours. The technician walks each room with you, notes what you want gone, and writes down a price for your OK before any cleaning starts.
You can watch the work happen. We dose the solution to each room so it frees the soil down low in the carpet, the cleaning pads absorb it and carry it off, and a fresh pad goes on each time the last one has done its share. Hold a used one up to the light and you'll see what came out of your floor.
Afterward you tour the rooms together again, and a lane or a spot you want brightened further gets that attention while the equipment is inside. Your invoice lists each room we cleaned, ready for a landlord who asks for proof.
Towers, townhomes and houses
Planned for the building, held to one standard
Most Midtown homes are in buildings of twenty units or more, and every building runs its own way. Tell us about the elevator, the loading area and the parking as you book, and we fit the visit to those rules. Our portable equipment comes up with the technician.
The houses in Ansley Park and Brookwood Hills bring stairs into the job, and so do the townhomes on 16th Street at Atlantic Station. A carpeted staircase gets its own share of the visit, with each tread and riser cleaned in turn.
An area rug is cleaned in place on your floor and never leaves home. Sofas and dining chairs wait until the technician has read their cleaning codes and matched the method to each fabric.

Our Midtown map
North Avenue up to Collier Road
Our Midtown work starts at North Avenue and runs north to Collier Road. It covers the towers and apartments along Peachtree Street, Colony Square, the blocks around the Woodruff Arts Center and the streets that face Piedmont Park. Loring Heights and Atlantic Station's District, Commons and Village are on this page too.
So are the winding streets of Ansley Park and Brookwood Hills, along with Sherwood Forest, Ardmore and Brookwood. Offices in the city's second-largest business district can book our commercial carpet cleaning.
Whatever the address, the person who comes is our own trained, insured employee. We don't send subcontractors into Midtown or anywhere else.
Questions about cleaning in Midtown
Do you clean the condos and townhomes at Atlantic Station?
Yes. Atlantic Station has its own ZIP code, 30363, and it is part of this Midtown page, from the condos above the shops to the townhomes on 16th Street and the low-rise apartments. Each home there gets the walk-through, the written price and the guarantee you would get anywhere else in Midtown. If your townhome has carpeted stairs, say so at booking and we will set aside the time they need.
Will you need to run a hose up from the street to clean my high-rise apartment?
No. Everything the technician uses is portable and comes up in the elevator with them, so nothing gets dragged through the lobby or hung out a window. The carpet takes a light dose of solution, and the loosened soil comes up on cleaning pads, so it is dry in about an hour. Just tell us the building's elevator and parking rules when you book.
We're moving from one Midtown apartment to another. Can you clean the carpet in both?
Yes. Book them as two visits, one at each address. The new place is easiest before your boxes arrive, while every room is empty, and the old one after the movers have gone, so nothing stands in the technician's way. Each visit gets its own walk-throughs and its own written price, and the invoice for the old apartment names every room we cleaned, which helps at the move-out inspection.
Our company has an office near Colony Square. Can you clean the carpet there as well?
Yes. Our commercial carpet cleaning is planned around your business hours, with a written quote before any work starts. Office floors are cleaned with the low-moisture method we bring to living rooms, so the carpet is dry in about an hour and people can be back at their desks soon after. If the building has vendor rules, such as a loading area or elevator times, tell us when you call 678-270-1555.

Neighborhoods that border Midtown
Downtown picks up south of North Avenue, and Ponce City Market and Historic Fourth Ward Park belong to our Old Fourth Ward page. Home Park, across 16th Street from Atlantic Station, is where West Midtown begins, and Buckhead starts above Collier Road. Crossing any of those lines changes nothing about the visit you get.
