How we show reviews
Only Google, and only in the customer's words
We put Google reviews on this site because Google is where anyone can check them. Each card shows the customer's name and their words as posted, and nothing on this page was written by us.
What you see here is a selection. Our 4 metro Atlanta Google profiles hold 1,764 reviews at 4.9 stars, and Google keeps every one of them, sortable by date or by stars.
Our profiles
4 Google profiles, one way of working
Besides our main metro Atlanta profile, LocalPro has Google profiles in Marietta, Roswell and Buford. The Marietta, Roswell and Buford pages show reviews from their own profiles; the rest of the site uses the main one.
Whichever profile a review sits on, it describes the same company: our own trained employees, a written price before any work, and the satisfaction guarantee behind every room.
Our satisfaction guarantee
Love the clean, or it's free
Every visit is satisfaction guaranteed. Call or text 678-270-1555 about any spot you want another look at, and we send a technician back to redo it free. A pet odor treatment has its own 100% pet odor removal guarantee.
Questions about our reviews
Are the reviews on this page real?
Yes. Each one was posted on Google by a customer and appears here word for word. We don't write them, edit them or add quotes of our own, and the link on this page opens our Google profile, so you can check any review against the original.
Where can I read all of your reviews?
On Google. This page shows a selection, while our Google profile holds every review customers have left, whatever the rating. Google lets you sort them by the newest or by star rating, which is the quickest way to see how recent visits have gone.
Why do the Marietta, Roswell and Buford pages show different reviews?
Those three towns have Google profiles of their own, so each of their pages shows reviews from that profile. Every other page on this site draws on our main metro Atlanta profile, which means a review on a town page may come from a customer elsewhere in the metro. The technicians and the guarantee are the same everywhere.
What do the rating and review total at the top of this page mean?
The rating is the one Google shows for our main metro Atlanta profile, taken from Google itself. The total underneath adds up the reviews on all of our metro Atlanta profiles and rounds down to the nearest hundred, so it never claims more than Google does.
