Our low-moisture process works the soil loose down in the pile, then absorbent cleaning pads draw it up and out, with fresh pads going on whenever the old ones load up. Nothing sticky stays behind, so the carpet stays clean about three times longer than after a traditional steam cleaning, and it is dry in about an hour.
At the end you walk the rooms together again. If you'd like a spot or a lane worked a little more, it happens on the spot, and anything you notice after we've gone is re-cleaned free under our satisfaction guarantee.

Can you clean a condo in one of the towers near Lenox Square?
Yes. Let us know the building's vendor rules when you book, such as a service elevator reservation, a loading area or set hours for contractors, and the visit is planned around them. The equipment is portable, so the technician brings it up with them and the elevator is only needed briefly at the start and finish.
Our house in Chastain Park has a long carpeted staircase. Is that part of a normal visit?
Yes. Stairs are deep cleaned professionally, one tread and riser at a time, including the edges along the wall where dust collects. Mention the staircase when you book and we'll allow enough time for it. It also appears as its own line on the written price you approve before we start.
My address says Atlanta 30342. Do I belong on this page or the Sandy Springs one?

We have a large rug in the dining room and a sectional in the den. Can those be cleaned on the same day as the carpet?
