The method
Dry in about an hour, so the clean can go last
Our low-moisture process starts with just enough cleaning solution to break the soil's hold down low in the pile. Then the technician runs absorbent cleaning pads over the carpet to drink that soil up, swapping each grimy pad for a clean one until the room is finished.
Because the carpet is only lightly dampened, it's dry in about an hour. You can book the clean as the very last job before the walk-through and still hand over a dry floor.
No soap is left in the fibers to catch the next round of dirt, and carpet cleaned this way lasts about three times longer than a traditional steam cleaning before it starts to look tired. Whoever moves in next starts on a genuinely clean floor.
