Our own people, trained by us

Every technician who visits is a LocalPro employee. We train them ourselves and we insure them, and we never subcontract a job. Because we aren't a franchise, nobody else sets our method, our standards or our guarantee.

Each technician learns every service we offer. Whoever cleans your carpet can also take care of the rug in the den and the sofa next to it in one visit, with no second appointment and no specialist to wait for. The crew has its own team page.

How we clean

A low-moisture method that leaves nothing behind

Our cleaning runs on an advanced low-moisture process. A measured dose of solution goes into the pile to free the soil, and absorbent cleaning pads then soak that soil up. A clean pad goes on whenever the last one is loaded, so the grime on each used pad is grime that is no longer in your home.

Since nothing sticky stays behind to attract new dirt, the clean holds up for months. The carpet is dry in about an hour, and the products are eco-friendly and non-toxic. Our carpet cleaning page shows the process from start to finish.

A visit begins with a walk-through and a written price, and the invoice matches that price. Chairs, end tables and ottomans are set to one side while the floor beneath them is cleaned, and the beds, dressers and entertainment centers are left where they stand and cleaned around. At the end, the two of you go back through every room.

A family does. LocalPro was founded in 2014, is still family-owned, and is led by Managing Partner Chase Hoagland. We aren't part of any franchise, which means the cleaning method, the training and the guarantee are decided by the people who own the business, and every technician who visits you works for us directly.

Is every LocalPro technician insured?

Yes. Each technician is an insured LocalPro employee whom we trained ourselves. No job is ever passed to another company, so the person in your home answers to us, and our guarantee covers every room they clean.

Do your technicians live around metro Atlanta?

Yes. Everyone on the crew lives and works in the metro, from the intown neighborhoods out to the suburbs. Wherever your home is, the appointment runs the same way: a walk-through with you, a written price, the clean itself and one more look at every room together before anything is packed up.

What does LocalPro clean?

Carpet in every room, area rugs, and sofas, sectionals and chairs, along with pet stain and odor treatment. Rugs stay in the house and are cleaned on your own floor. We also take on move-in and move-out cleans, office carpet, and allergy and antibacterial treatments. The pricing page shows where each one starts.

How does your satisfaction guarantee work?

Simply: love the clean or it's free. Point to any room or spot you'd like touched up and it gets cleaned again at no charge, with no argument. A stain that creeps back up after we leave earns a free return visit too, and a pet odor treatment comes with its own 100% pet odor removal guarantee.

Why does LocalPro use a low-moisture method?

For what it leaves in your carpet, which is nothing sticky. Soap residue catches fresh dirt, so compared with traditional steam cleaning, a carpet cleaned our way stays fresh about three times longer. A light, measured dose of solution also means the floor is dry in about an hour, and what we use is non-toxic, so kids and pets can be back on it soon.
