Every carpet clean includes routine spot treatment, a pre-treatment before the clean and our low-moisture method, which leaves the carpet dry in about an hour. Rugs, cleaned in your home

Rugs start at $1 a square foot, and the fiber can change the final price: wool, silk and hand-knotted rugs take more care than synthetics. Your technician quotes each rug in writing first, and the cleaning happens right where the rug lies, at home.

How much floor there is

The first three rooms are covered up to 450 square feet in total. Larger rooms and extra rooms are priced individually, and the technician shows you how before writing anything down.

How heavily it's soiled

Carpet that hasn't been cleaned in years may need a heavy-traffic treatment on the busiest paths. If it does, you'll hear that on the walk-through, before you agree to a price.

Stairs, rugs and furniture

Each flight of stairs, each rug and each piece of furniture has its own starting price, listed above.

The treatments you choose

Pet, sanitizer, allergy and protectant treatments are optional, priced per room, and only added when you say yes.

What your rugs and furniture are made of

Wool, silk and hand-knotted rugs, and delicate upholstery fabrics, take more care than synthetics, so the material can change the price. You'll hear it on the walk-through, before you agree to anything.

Pricing questions

Why do your prices say "starts at" instead of giving one number?

Because rooms differ in size and in how much soil they hold, and we would rather quote your rooms than guess. The technician looks at each room with you, measures where it matters and writes down the price before starting. That written figure is final: it is the number on your invoice, plus anything you choose to add during the visit.

Is there a minimum charge for a visit?

Yes. Every visit starts at $99, so a single small rug or one room is priced at that minimum. Visits that include pet treatment start at $149, and visits with sanitizer, allergy treatment or protectant start at $119. Three rooms of carpet start at $109, which already clears the minimum.

Does moving furniture cost extra?

No. Lighter pieces like chairs, ottomans and end tables get moved, cleaned under and set back where they were, free. Heavier furniture, like beds, dressers and entertainment centers, is cleaned around where it stands. The only prep we ask for is picking toys, shoes and breakables up off the floor.

Do prices change for a Saturday visit or for my part of town?

No. The same prices apply on every day we work, Monday through Saturday, and in every town we serve, intown or out toward the lake. What changes a price is the work itself: the number of rooms, the stairs, the rugs and furniture and what they're made of, and any treatments you choose.

When do I pay?

When the work is done and you have walked the rooms with the technician. The invoice matches the written price you approved at the start, with nothing added unless you asked for it during the visit. If you are moving out, the invoice lists every room we cleaned, which is handy for a landlord.

Does the price include your satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, every price on this page comes with it: love the clean or it's free. Ask for a touch-up on any spot, even after the visit, and a technician handles it at no charge. Pet odor treatments carry a 100% pet odor removal guarantee as well, so a smell that returns gets treated again at no cost.
