Upholstery starts with the tag. The letters on it, W, S, WS or X, say what that fabric can take, and the technician picks the method to suit before touching a cushion.
Rugs stay home. We clean yours where it lies, on your own floor, so it's never rolled up and hauled away.
On the carpet itself, the technician applies a measured amount of our low-moisture solution, which pries soil loose low in the pile. The machine's cleaning pads take that soil up, and a fresh pad goes on as often as the floor calls for. Each used pad shows the dirt it carried out of your home.

If your loft has a big rug at the center of the room, it gets cleaned in place like any other, and the sofa beside it can join the same visit under one written price. That price is set before any work starts, and it's the number on your invoice.
