Booking questions

What happens after I book online?

Your booking goes straight to our office, where a person reviews it and contacts you to confirm the day and arrival time. If anything about the request needs a quick question, such as a gate code or a large rug, that's when we'll ask. Nothing is charged at booking.

Do I have to pay anything to reserve a time?

No. There is no deposit and no card needed to book. You pay at the end, after the final walk-through, and the amount matches the written price you approved at the start of the visit.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

Call or text 678-270-1555 and we'll move it or cancel it for you. There's no fee for either. The sooner you tell us, the easier it is to find you a new time that works.

None of the open times work for me. What now?

Call or text us. The calendar shows the times that are open right now, and the office can sometimes find another option once it knows what you need. Appointments run Monday through Saturday.

How should I get the house ready?

Clear the floors of small items like toys, shoes, cords and anything fragile, and plan for a parking spot near the door. Leave the furniture to us: the technician moves the lighter pieces and cleans around the heavy ones. If you live in a building with rules for contractors, let us know when you book.

Can I add rugs or furniture after I book?

Of course. Text or call us before the visit so the appointment gets the time it needs, or simply mention it to the technician on the day. Anything you add goes on the written price before it's cleaned, so there are never surprises on the invoice.
